Position: Lounge Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel lounge and ensure a premium guest experience
- Develop and implement service standards to maintain a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere
- Train and manage lounge staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor lounge inventory, including beverages and supplies, and coordinate with suppliers
- Plan and execute events, promotions, and special experiences for guests
- Handle guest feedback and ensure quick resolution of concerns
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in lounge, bar, or restaurant management within a luxury setting
- Strong knowledge of mixology, fine dining, and guest service etiquette
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize revenue generation
